Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) classes are our answer to ground fighting. We emphasize good technique, mobility, pressure and leverage awareness over sheer strength. A definite necessity on the street. It involves making your opponent give up or submit by threatening chokes and body joint locks. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can also be referred to as submission grappling. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are taught with an emphasis on gi techniques. Our Submission Grappling focus on no gi techniques.
Mixed Martial Arts
